Because digital products and course access are delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you were charged in error or the product is defective/inaccessible, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a review.
Unused hardware in its original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the item, an approved refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method via our payment partner (Razorpay). Bank processing times may add a few extra days.
